A founding member of Pennington Consulting Group, LLC a finance and business consulting firm that helps business owners and entrepreneurs get access to capital through multiple funding options.
Originally born in Nairobi, Kenya and relocated to United States at the age of 13. I spent most of my life using my personal and career experiences to help my clients overcome credit challenges. While I focus on working directly with clients I also provide coaching services to brokers in the industry that focuses on continuing education to help them properly manage their clients and product offerings.
With over 13+ years of experience in the financial services field I had experience in management consulting, team building, strategic implementation & professional development. I also written a book "3 paths of lending." Which primarily focuses on simplifying the complicated business lending market for entrepreneurs & business owners.
My main inspiration come from my family. I'm a dedicated father and when I am not busy working I enjoy spending time with my family or coaching kids soccer team. I'm a proud father of 3 boys Kylin 9, Gabriel 6, and Joseph 18 months.
