1. How much money can you make as a Business Loan Broker?

So to attract clients and build your business, you may need to invest in marketing and advertising activities such as creating a website, printing business cards, and attending networking events. We do have support we offer our clients with Building Websites, Flyers and helping you get off the ground. You may want to also consider Facebook, YouTube or google advertising expenses.

You get access to our customer service through email, zoom, and phone calls. You also get your own coach assigned to you to walk you through all the aspects of launching your business loan broker business. Depending on the funding Product you can earn between 1-15% commissions on each loan. The commissions vary by loan type and lender. The lenders are willing to pay high commissions because they rely on their brokers to bring in their business.

8. Do I need to set up an LLC?

We Highly recommend that you set up an LLC so you can legitimize your business and we will walk you through setting up an LLC in whichever state you wish you to set up your LLC.
But you should know that an LLC is not necessary when starting out, although recommended you can choose to work as a Sole proprietor.

9. Do you offer special Discounts on the price of your program?

A new study shows over 47% of startups failed in 2022 due to lack of capital and I am sure majority of these start-ups relied on bank financing not understanding there are alternative ways to fund their business. So no in today’s marketplace Business Owners just can’t rely on financing by going to their bank.

14. Where will I find the lenders to send my clients to?

Many lenders do not have direct marketing departments and they strictly rely on their brokers to supply them with new customers. You find and qualify the client making their work much easier. This is also the reason one of many reasons they are willing to pay such high commissions for business funding referrals. Once you complete the program, we will provide you access to our database (which is updated Monthly) with a list of lenders you can start working with.
